Hereinafter referred to as “the Trader”.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern:

• the use of the site;

• the purchase of technical equipment and hardware through the online store;

• the sending of enquiries about security and related services.

Security services are not purchased automatically through the site. Their scope, price and terms are set out in an individual offer and a separate contract.

3. Goods and prices

The main characteristics and the price of each item are stated on the relevant product page. The photographs are for illustration only.

Prices are in euro and include VAT. The delivery price is stated before the order is completed.

Installation, configuration or additional materials are included only where this is expressly stated.

4. Order and payment

Before submitting the order, the customer can review and change the selected goods, the quantities and the data provided.

By submitting the order, the customer confirms that they accept these Terms and Conditions and that the order entails an obligation to pay.

After receiving the order, the Trader sends a confirmation to the email address provided. The contract of sale is considered concluded once the order and the availability of the goods have been confirmed.

If the goods are not in stock, if there is a technical error or if the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer is notified in good time. If a payment has been made, the amount is refunded.

The available payment methods are shown when the order is completed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier to a specified address, courier office or parcel locker, where this option is available.

The delivery time and price are shown before the order is submitted. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is carried out no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

The customer must provide accurate details and make it possible for the parcel to be received.

6. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal is declared at info@vihsecurity.com or at the address: Cherven Bryag, Municipal Market No. 11. It is not necessary to enclose a withdrawal form.

The goods must be returned within 14 days after the withdrawal is declared. The direct costs of the return are borne by the consumer.

The amounts paid, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method, are refunded within 14 days of the notification. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until proof that they have been dispatched is provided.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value caused by use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and the correct functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or adapted to the individual requirements of the customer, nor in the other cases provided for by law.

7. Complaints and statutory guarantee

The consumer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods and to a two-year statutory guarantee, counted from the receipt of the goods.

The complaint should be accompanied by proof of purchase and information about the problem identified. Complaints are handled in accordance with the legislation in force.

8. Services and installation

Sending an enquiry or a request for a site inspection does not constitute the conclusion of a contract.

The specific terms, price and time frame for providing a security service, installation or other individual work are determined after the client's needs have been clarified and an offer or a contract has been expressly accepted.

Where a consumer wishes performance to begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, an express request from the consumer is required.

9. Liability and use of the site

The customer is obliged to provide accurate details and not to use the site for unlawful purposes, fictitious orders or actions that disrupt its operation and security.

The Trader makes reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date and the site available, but is not liable for temporary technical interruptions or circumstances beyond its control.

The content, the logo and the graphic elements of the site may not be used without the permission of the respective rights holder.

10. Personal data and cookies

Information about the processing of personal data and the use of cookies is published on the separate “Privacy Policy” and “Cookie Policy” pages.

11. Complaints and applicable law

Complaints can be sent to info@vihsecurity.com.

Consumers can also submit complaints to the Commission for Consumer Protection.

For matters not settled here, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time an order is submitted applies to that order.
